That’s why we have developed ‘Leadership in a Changing World’, a three-day programme in Mallorca’s idyllic Tramuntana mountains.

 

This tailored programme will give you the time, space, energy, and opportunity to reflect on the recent past, revisit what’s important to you personally and professionally, and realign yourself with your priorities. As a result, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and greater clarity, and most importantly, with less on your agenda, as you focus on the aims and objectives that you’re excited by and committed to.

Our programme has been developed with SME business owners in mind. Our experience working with business leaders has shown how easy it is to lose sight of your original vision and passion for success. How easy it is to become over-involved in the day-to-day running of the business rather than focusing on giving the business strategic direction.

‘Leadership in a Changing World’ offers the perfect opportunity to step back and reassess. We will support and guide you through this process using our coaching expertise. Arrival from 3:00pm on the Sunday, departure after breakfast on the Thursday.

Hotel S’Olivaret is a traditional Mallorcan hotel, set in a rural, wooded area in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. The location offers a combination of tranquillity and inspiration. This 4-star eco-friendly hotel has an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, and an outdoor pool with views of the surrounding mountains. 

Mallorca is only a short flight from the UK, and the hotel just a 30-minute-taxi ride from Palma de Mallorca airport.

In addition to our facilitated leadership development sessions, there will be optional guided walks in the surrounding countryside, meditation and mindfulness sessions, plus free time to take advantage of the hotel’s wellbeing treatments, swimming or relaxing by the pool, and fine dining.

The formal and informal agenda will help move you to a place where you can identify the activities in your life that you need to reduce or eliminate and identify the areas that will deliver you the best results and bring you greater fulfilment and joy.

You’ll come away with a clear idea about how you can succeed in all aspects of your business and your life.

‘Leadership in a Changing World’ has been developed and facilitated by four highly skilled leadership coaches, with over 50 years of coaching experience between them.

Mark Dyble

Over the past 16 years, Mark has facilitated many business planning and leadership workshops for owners and senior executives. He has developed many practical and effective tools to help people grow their leadership and business skills, and profitably grow their organisations.

Mark has been coaching business executives since 2007. Before that, he had a wide and varied 25-year ‘apprenticeship’ in commercial general management – from coalface supervisor to managing director of a Far East business, and much in between.

Mark is the author of Your Guide to Building a Successful Business. In addition to coaching, facilitating, and writing, Mark thrives on engaging with teams and audiences on the vital subjects of leadership and business development.

Andrew Clemence

Andrew has 40 years of international leadership experience, holding senior executive roles in PLCs and SMEs in the travel, hospitality and entertainment sectors. Having worked his way from the front line to the boardroom of the world’s largest travel company, he jumped ship and has spent the last 20 years helping European SMEs thrive and grow.

 

Andrew has the proven ability to quickly identify performance constraints and the key strategic drivers vital for success. Using his commercial acumen, leadership and coaching skills, he has helped multiple business owners improve their lives and companies. Andrew’s philosophy for business success is, ‘focus on the people, fix the people so they can fix the problem’.

 

Andrew is an international business coach, board advisor and non-executive director based in Mallorca. He is a professionally qualified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.

Sonja Thiele

To get the most out of your leadership programme, you’ll want to be relaxed and in an open-minded state. You’ll also want to learn and take back techniques that allow you to better manage your energy levels, creativity, and performance. 

 

Sonja has a holistic approach to coaching, helping clients to find a better life balance and improve each leader's performance.

 

Having worked initially as a consultant in the financial sector, Sonja understands first-hand just how pressured and intense the commercial world can be. Sonja works with business executives to optimise personal performance and avoid burn-out.

Karen Darke MBE

Karen works with people to navigate life's challenges freshly and powerfully to develop an adventurous mindset. Karen helps people looking to create more possibility and an expansive future, particularly people whose passions have become lost or buried through work. So, if it’s time to give your dreams some love and attention, you’ll benefit from Karen’s input.

 

Karen is an athlete, speaker, author and coach. She specialises in performance psychology, hypnosis, energetic processes and the mind-body connection. An accomplished academic, she holds master’s degrees in Development Training, Sports Psychology and High-Performance Coaching, and a PhD in Geology. A Paralympic gold medallist, Karen’s achievements and contributions in adventure and sport have been recognised through numerous honorary doctorates.  In 2017, she was awarded an MBE.
